Store Return Policy
At Compassion Packed, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we have a strict return policy in place:
No Returns Accepted:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the return, please provide:
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photographic evidence of the damage
Replacement:
Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer a replacement of equal or greater value.
Exclusions:
Please note that items that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund, even if damaged.
