Shipping

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, we are only offering local pick up and delivery. We plan to offer nationwide shipping very soon. Subscribe to our email list to be the first notified when we begin offering shipping.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of each box, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you or the recipient receive an item that is broken or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at compassionpackedgifts@gmail.com

We will send a replacement of the damaged item.

Compassion Packed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

General

What is your response time for communication via email?

We work Monday-Friday. We typically respond to emails within 24 hours.

If an item from your wholesale company is unavailable or sold out, how do you replace it?

As a small business ourselves, we pride ourselves on supporting other small businesses by purchasing their goods for our boxes. Due to this, some items may be unavailable on occasion at the time of your order. We reserve the right to substitute with similar items at equal or greater value.

Can I customize the gifts in my box?

At this time, we are only offering curated gift boxes. If there is an option to customize an item within a specific gift box you will find that listed on the product page. Rest assured, each gift box contains only carefully selected, high quality items that your loved one will be sure to enjoy.

Will my information or a receipt be included in the gift?

We package our gift boxes ready to go into the hands of the recipient so no receipts are included in the box. Upon placing your order, a receipt will be sent to your email directly. The gift recipient will only know who the package came from based on your gift message which is included at no additional cost to you. If you need any additional information, please feel free to contact us directly at compassionpackedgifts@gmail.com

If being delivered to gift recipient, how will I know they received the gift?

If you have requested Compassion Packed to deliver the gift directly to your gift recipient, you will receive a notification to your email when your package has been delivered.

Why do you need my email address?

In order to professionally and tastefully wrap your recipients gifts, we will not be including any receipts or promotional material within the gift box. Your email address is needed to send you a receipt, discount codes, and notify you of delivery (if this was your selected method).

Do you offer readily available gift boxes or just presale? 

Following our initial launch and holiday season kickoff, we will be offering a variety of readily available gift boxes that can be purchased year round. Seasonal gift boxes will be offered through presale and for limited times only.

Do you have a storefront or are you online only?

At this time, we are offering online only for local pick up and delivery. We will be attending local markets and events so please join our mailing list to find out where to visit us and check out our gift boxes in-person.
